Poglobljeno (In Depth) is an eight-session Bridle Up Your Life programme for a longer exploration of self-awareness, authenticity and relationships through contact with horses in Bohinj. The programme includes eight guided meetings, a more sustained learning process, a learning journal, a special experience with Askaja and video reflection. Ground-based activities explore presence, trust, personal boundaries, clear communication and cooperation. The journal helps connect the sessions and record your insights. Each meeting includes an introduction, practical tasks and time for discussion and reflection. There is no riding, and no previous horse experience is needed. We guide you step by step, respecting your pace and the horses’ responses. Bring comfortable outdoor clothing and closed shoes. We agree on content and dates before starting.
