Young Horse School

Where a young horse isn’t pushed— but allowed to become who they truly are

Our Young Horse School grew from real stories and from the horses who shaped our approach.

Askaja arrived almost wild and became an important companion during my burnout. Aslan, her youngest son, recovered after a serious hock operation. Bukefal, her older son, is a steady presence in the herd. Goldi, once fearful of people, has learned to accept calm human contact. Zois cannot work in circles because of an old injury, but teaches us patience and trust.

We bring what we have learned from each of them into our work with the young horses who come to the ranch.
